Q: Ad is "Expandable" table but NO INFO on how it works. How does the table expand? Is there a leaf inserted? A hidden piece stored underneath the table top & pulled out when needed? ...a diff method?

A: The table top is divided into two halves, which can be stretched to the sides, and there is a board in the middle that can be raised to form a complete table.

Never even got to put it together. Both packages came with extreme damage. The company needs to use better packaging! First table came with crushed corner. Second replacement order had big scratches and dent in table top. Very disappointed.

This set looks great on our patio. Chairs assembled with no problems, and they're lightweight, comfy, and stackable! The table has a super sturdy frame, and looks pretty. This set is everything I hoped for it to be plus more!!!!

This is a very nice set for the price. What you see is what you get. The big question that everyone wants to know... is the leaf rock-solid when it's extended? Well, I wouldn't sit on the edge when it's extended, but it's totally fine for eating and drinking. It won't bend or bow with regular use.

Absolutely love the table itself! Love the look of the table and the ability to expand. Assembly was super easy, just had to attach the legs. Only complaint-The table came with a bunch (10) scratches/dings on the top. I emailed customer service and am waiting for a response.
