Q: Main product description says set of 9 towels. Label on product say '3 Oversized Towels'. So are there nine or three? The $29.99 price is very high for three flour sack towels...seems high for nine even.

A: This item ships as (3) set/3 towels for a total of 9 towels. You will be shipped 3 packages of the item in image. We do keep an eye on pricing and have found that other 'Flour Sack' towels can be sized as small as 24"x 28" vs. ours at a true flour sack size of 24" x 36" as well as being hemmed all around and typically weightier than the competition too. Please let us know if we can be of any other help

A: Hi, The Flour Sack are heavier than sheer curtains but lighter weight than most curtains. Not sure how much privacy they would afford you, especially in the white.

Bout this 9-towel pack to replace some flour sack dish towels purchased at Target a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, these towels do not dry dishes, they simply smear the water around and don't abosorb the water. Also, they shrivel up after laundering, and therefore don't look nice hanging in kitchen. Recommend going with another option.

Hi Sunshine, Sorry to hear the Flour Sack towels were not what you were expecting. They are not as absorbent as a terry towel but they are ideal for glassware since they are lightweight and very low lint. And unfortunately, the 100% cotton often needs an iron. Don’t you wonder why a company who carries a great product would change their product line???? The old flour sacks were fabulous and every person who used them would agree! Please don’t tell a customer that your product should be fine after a few washings! That should NOT be the case with 100% cotton flour sacks.!! And I have used them for years so I am not wasting my time on these.

These were awful. Not like the Flour Sack Towels you used to carry in the store which I am told you are no longer going to carry. They did not absorb liquids very well at all.

Hi MW- we are very sorry you weren't happy with the Flour Sack Towels. We always recommend washing towels prior to first use and not use fabric softener since it reduces absorbency. Hoping that after a couple of washings you have found them more absorbent. One of the greatest feature of the Flour Sack is the minimal amount of lint and that they are not bulky like other styles.
