We had the umbrella tilted for a few hours. It was not very windy at all. The pole compltely bent in half right under the connection point to the top portion. The disconnect button gouged the metal next to it making it unuseable as well. You cannot see that in the picture.

Really liking this umbrella. At first when we purchased that I was afraid it was too big but glad we actually went with the larger one. It has a beautiful color and works perfect with our deck. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Umbrella is actually really good - easy to use, provides plenty of shade, etc. On the other hand, the poles and adapters are awful. I had to reach out to company to send another one - which they did, as the one that came with the shipping was damaged (bent). Got our replacement one, and within a week it was bent again. Just the slightest wind and the pole leaned on table and bent it. The umbrella is actually really good, but the adapter/pole that attaches to base is actually really really weak.

I took my new umbrella out od the box. the color had been listed as red but it was a very "pinkish" red. I am returning it.

I bought this umbrella because the color is burgundy. It matches my patio flowered chair cushions. The material is a lot lighter weight than other umbrellas I’ve purchased. All most nylon. So we’ll see how it holds up. THIS umbrella does not have a strap that allows you to anchor it from wind. Strange! I’ve used a bungee cord to keep it together.

We got it just in time for our party last Saturday. When I ordered it, the stand was on back ordered and I was sad I might not get to use it for the party. The very nice lady from customer service said there was a small chance I could get the stand by Saturday but couldnt guarantee it, the stand came that Saturday morning. We did a build your own taco birthday party for me, my sister in law and my neighbor bc we are all August birthdays. We have had our deck for about 5 years and really havent been able to enjoy it bc of the sun in the evening. Before we would all squeeze on to the patio out of the sun. Now we can enjoy both areas. So happy with this purchase.

Can’t withstand the wind at all. One of the arms on ours snapped in the middle of the afternoon on a sunny day, and it’s less than two years old (and we always stored it in the garage, so it was essentially brand new!).
