Celtic Circles Cotton Matelasse Decorative Bedspread and Pillow Sham Set by Blue Nile Mills

I bought two of these bedspreads. One is the peacock blue color and one in the salmon color. First off I would name them tourquis and tangerine. The colors are very vibrant. I really love that. Fair to say that the colors in the photos are pretty darn close to the actual colors. Don't know about anyone else but, I have yet to buy a bedspread or comforter for any bed size where the spread actually fit the size of the bed. They are always to small for my taste. I have two olympic size queen beds, one is a "Sleep Number". I ordered king size spreads for both of them. The one for the Sleep Number fit perfect! The other one I was actually able to "wash, dry and shrink to fit". Of course the bottom corners were dragging on both of them BUT that was easy to fix by tucking the corners up inside and using a tiny safety pin to pin it on the inside. There is a subtle print on them that is very nice and helpful to keep them straight on the beds. They are fairly lightweight and the fabric is slightly stretchy. I am very happy with this purchase. I wish I had more beds! LOL

Just what I wanted and found it

This blanket is made of comfy cotton and just heavy enough for cool evenings. Plus, it makes an attractive bedspread.

Flat sheet: skimpy length for king bed. Add at least 4' for better tuck at foot end of bed. Fitted sheet: add top/bottom or side labels. On a not quite square king bed one gets a 50/50 chance of getting placement right. If not you have to try again when making bed. Some mfg's place helpful labels so one gets it right the first time. Otherwise deep, grey color is great-restful, calm for going to sleep. Fabric is soft and comfortable.

Good quality, kept its shape and color well. Very pretty blue, richer color than pictured. Ordered King for a Queen bed, hangs over sides quite a bit. Perfect weight for summer or Texas winter.

Great Sheets-Soft and not over warm all

the sheets are wonderfully soft out of the package, and I was very excited about them, but the pillowcase ripped the very first time I washed it.

Although I love the color, I was disappointed when I recieved the bedspread. The quality and weight of the bedspread is not great for the high price. The fabric is a looser weave, which is hard to tell from the pictures. My cat's nails already snagged it. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

The color of the one I purchased was not red as appeared in picture. However it did say Burgandy. I purchased one years ago and it was red this one was just to purple.

I purchased this set keeping in mind that sometimes product images make an item appear more luxurious than it does in person but boy, was I wrong with this set! It is absolutely stunning in person and adds such an elegant touch to my master bedroom. The embroidery is gorgeous and the colors are rich and vibrant. It is also very warming but light weight so you can keep it on your bed year round. I am absolutely in love!

This matelasse bedspread set is very nicely made. The stitching is solid and holds up well so far to a machine wash. It is thinner than I expected so I'll have to pair it with something heavier for fall/winter, but that's a problem. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it said it had scalloped edges, but mine does not. Also the color is called "ivory" but it is definitely more of a creamy beige.

I am delighted with the quality, texture and warmth of this bedspread. The Peacock Blue and Sweet Pea colors are exactly as pictures show and it looks gorgeous on my bed! I'm in love with them!
