I Would give this a NEGATIVE 5 STARS! I want to cry!! The absolute best root beer on the market is A&W but THEY CAN'T MAKE A ZERO SUGAR ROOT BEER THAT DOESN'T TASTE LIKE FISH TANK WATER!!! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, bring back the REGULAR DIET A&W ROOT BEER! At LEAST we know you understand how to make that right!!!

This I my favorite zero drink on the market. It’s so good that sometimes I think, “did I for sure pickup the zero?” and I have to check the bottle. To me, the root beer flavor overpowers any weird after taste. I also love the carbonation because it ensures the bottom half of the drink isn’t flat by the time you get there.

This stuff is amazing. It has a rich lush texture that almost tastes like you’re drinking a chocolatey soft drink. It’s so delicious that I have to monitor the amount that I drink. It’s so tempting to have another glass. I use it as an alternative for a sweet. There is actually no aftertaste and it does not have a diet beverage taste. This stuff is fantastic. I cannot imagine how many taster test they must have had to make this product. A&W you’ve done it!

I have loved A&W rootbeer since it could be bought in megaphones at the A&W hamburgers joints. Lately though, the last case or so I bought, it's been flat, with very little to no carbonation. I've tried to reach out to A&W to tell them there may be an issue with equipment at their bottling plant, but never found anyone interested. I Love A&W rootbeer, but without carbonation, it tastes a little like cold, weak, vanilla, slightly burnt coffee.

There is too much carbonation in this drink. The taste is great but is much better after some of the carbonation is reduced by shaking the bottle...I do that all the time. I drink a lot of this product in the plastic bottles but shake if first before drinking.

I've been drinking A&W for 60 years, that's how much I love it. As a type II diabetic i've been drinking the ZERO SUGAR version and find it comporable to the original, no significant after-taste. My only problem is that in my area the ZERO SUGAR is only available in 2 liter bottles, which tends to go flat over the two to three days it takes to finish it off. If you can offer a one liter version it would be greatly appreciated.

This was an adequate substitute for the really great Diet A&W Rootbeer. However, the taste of the Zero Sugar changed for the worst. I suspect the artificial sweetener has been changed and the taste is far worse IMO. Also Would be a lot more ethical to inform consumers of change.
