I Would give this a NEGATIVE 5 STARS! I want to cry!! The absolute best root beer on the market is A&W but THEY CAN'T MAKE A ZERO SUGAR ROOT BEER THAT DOESN'T TASTE LIKE FISH TANK WATER!!! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, bring back the REGULAR DIET A&W ROOT BEER! At LEAST we know you understand how to make that right!!!

This stuff is amazing. It has a rich lush texture that almost tastes like you’re drinking a chocolatey soft drink. It’s so delicious that I have to monitor the amount that I drink. It’s so tempting to have another glass. I use it as an alternative for a sweet. There is actually no aftertaste and it does not have a diet beverage taste. This stuff is fantastic. I cannot imagine how many taster test they must have had to make this product. A&W you’ve done it!

I don't know if it is a problem at the factory or the store but this is the 3rd time I have gotten thses a ND the area around the lid sm e led so highly of mold, I was unable to drink it without cleaning of the boots r and pouring it into a glass. No idea what is wrong but it reeks.

I have loved A&W rootbeer since it could be bought in megaphones at the A&W hamburgers joints. Lately though, the last case or so I bought, it's been flat, with very little to no carbonation. I've tried to reach out to A&W to tell them there may be an issue with equipment at their bottling plant, but never found anyone interested. I Love A&W rootbeer, but without carbonation, it tastes a little like cold, weak, vanilla, slightly burnt coffee.

There is too much carbonation in this drink. The taste is great but is much better after some of the carbonation is reduced by shaking the bottle...I do that all the time. I drink a lot of this product in the plastic bottles but shake if first before drinking.

Accidentally bought this but I was looking for the original one. Missed the label saying zero sugar. Oh boy I hate all the zero sugar sodas. They all taste badly, like you’re drinking artificial sugar. I would rather just bought real sodas with sugar.
