My child has very sensitive skin. We previously used a diaper rash cream from another country, but it isn’t available for purchase here anymore. This is the only option we’ve found that is anything close to that same quality. It has not caused any sensitivity issues for my child and does work well for healing a diaper rash with proper treatment (frequent changes, patting dry, adding the cream, etc.). This cream was recommended to us by a pediatrician. I feel grateful we found an option that works for us! Each child’s skin is unique so there is always the possibility that it won’t work well for your family, but I recommend trying it if you’re looking for an effective diaper rash cream.

This is great diaper rash ointment. It smells good too. Helps relieve the pain and discomfort. It’s thick but easy to use. It starts to work in just a few minutes.

I bought A+D diaper rash cream with zinc oxide a week ago only because I can't get Paladin, and my grandaughters diaper rash isn't getting any better. In fact it is getting worse. I have Vaseline on hand, and that is working better! It's been going on a week now. Paladin cleared up a rash by the next diaper change, or the next day! In fact, I had to choose how often my child gets diaper rash in questions following this review, and with Paladin she got a rash occasionally, but with this product it is every day! I had to pick another product tonight to try tomorrow.

I was pleasantly surprised at how creamy it was and I liked how easy it was to apply- no tugging or unnecessary thickness. I noticed that his redness went away much more quickly than the typical 24-36 hours. I can honestly say that he seemed to feel better after 2 uses over the course of maybe 2-3 hours. Very impressed!
