I've had my auto handle for a few weeks. It's just what I needed. Getting into a car to travel to my appointments has been a learning experience. I use the auto cane to brace myself, and push myself onto the seat along with a footstool to put my left foot on to push. Before I had the car cane there was no where to put my right hand to help.

I bought this, hoping it would help my senior get in and out of the car. She has used it, but is confused about how to use lit. (Senior is 96.) So I keep working with her, as she is always looking for something to grab onto.

I bought the auto cane about three weeks ago and it has made a big difference. Getting out of the car was a real challenge for my wife, but using the auto cane has made it so much easier. It is also a lot safer for her. Now we can go shopping or get to doctor's appointments without the hassle of struggling out of the car. .
