The texture of the carpet is weird. Kinda likes you and not very soft. Definitely don’t put it where you will be barefoot. I put it in my laundry room and I wear slippers in the house so it worked great in there!

They chocolate ivory color is actually a navy and ivory color combo. It’s really pretty, but sheds a lot. Not on your clothes, but it definitely clogs my vacuum everytime I vacuum it

The rug is beautiful and nice quality but the other reviews are correct - it’s painful to walk on. There feels like sharp hard pieces inside the rug that poke when you walk on it. Not comfortable at all… a shame since it’s such a lovely design

This is an INSANE price for such a large, 100% wool rug. This rug has held up in a busy family room with 3 kids just wonderfully. I find wool rugs to usually be a bit scratchier than plastic rugs, but that's the nature of wool. You cannot beat the stain resistance of wool and knowing your product is made from 100% natural fibers. The pattern is so subtle in real life.

Terrible quality - not sure if we received a defective item but too heavy to deal with returning it and since it's a third party item, we can't even get a discount. Hard pieces of glue or clay or something similar throughout the rug. With two reviews before ordering (a 1 star and a 5 star), I decided to take the risk and figured the 1 start review was talking about the roughness of wool but the wool itself is not uncomfortable it’s the little hard pieces of whatever it is that are painful to walk on.

Unless you want to walk on rough and uncomfortable surfaces, avoid this rug! To spend almost $400 on a rug, the quality should be miles better. We returned this immediately.
