Great quality. Easy to install, with a mounting ring that lets you get it perfectly level. The finish is lightly textured, which makes it seem extra solid and high quality. And the finish is even on the inside of the light, which is a really nice touch. It does come with a bulb. The color is more dark brown than oil rubbed bronze. The way the cap screws on it is very waterproof. You could probably spray it with a hose and no water would get into the light housing. But to make it fully waterproof you do need to caulk around where the top half of the base meets the wall to keep water from running behind the light into the junction box.
