[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product from 3M to test and review. Overall, very happy with these insoles. I have back, neck, knee, and hip issues, so having comfortable shoes is a top priority for me. I've tried numerous insoles in the past, from the cheapest of the cheap and the best of the best. To rate on a scale of 1-10 of the ones I've tried, these are at least an 8. With my job, I walk and stand a lot on concrete floors for 9-14 hours per day, and these have stood up to the test. After about 5 months of wearing almost daily, I started to notice the pains coming back. The cheap insoles would usually only last about two weeks, while the best ones I've had lasted about six month, to put that into perspective. Overall, would highly recommend!

Being on my feet all day is hard and these help to relieve some of my pain. They were very easy to cut to size as well. One they are cut they fit perfectly into my shoe.

I guess I'm not wearing big enough shoes for these and my feet to fit into at the same time. Once I found a pair, they were very nice to have under my feet. Helped with foot fatigue throughout the day!

The ACE Work Insoles have been in my shoes for over a month and I've already decided to repurchase when these need to be replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange for an honest review. Having used this insole for several weeks, I really found it very effective. It really added an extra layer of comfort to several different types of shoes I tried it with. I even put it in my running shoe and ran with it. It really did make my feet less fatigued after a long day standing. I wear a size 8 shoes and the small insole fit perfectly into all my shoes. The only issue I had was that with shoes that are snug and have little flexibility, some of my dress shoes, the added thickness of the insole made the shoes too tight. As a result, I really couldn't use this with those particular shoes. Otherwise a great product that I will be using regularly in the future.

I immediately begin to use them at our warehouse in my tennis shoes as I'm on a concrete floor all day long. They truly made a huge difference compared to the regular insoles and I have changed them from shoe to shoe with no issue.

I don't believe that these are that much better than regular insoles, as besides a general size, they are a one size fits most model. If you actually have foot pain, you should get custom insoles such as Dr. Scholls which were much more comfortable than these.

He was excited to try a different brand of insole to see if it added any extra comfort. While they did offer support, the other brand is still preferred. The ace insoles are thicker and less flexible than others. Some people may appreciate this feature but it's not something I would prefer. They do seem very durable. They're not bad, but I would not go out of my way to purchase these.

They were comfortable and alleviated some foot pain after a long day of walking in the city. They were not as cushiony as I hoped they would be but they gave good support. The only reason why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was because they were not as easy to cut down to size as I hoped. The undersides were not guided and the inner-soles had to be cut down freehanded which made it difficult to get the sizing correct. It was a little awkward but I made it work and I was able to fit them into work boots without too much hassle. Overall, these work pretty well and they provide a comfortable fit. I'd buy them again and recommend them.

They were easy to cut to size and fit to my shoes. Only gave it 4 stars because they did take some getting used to. They felt so odd at first. I have been wearing them to work as I stay on my feet as much as possible, and they have noticeably improved my back and feet pain. I received these as a free sample from 3M.

I’m still getting used to them but I love the heel and arch help! I think it’s gonna take a few more days before I have them fully broke in. I don’t have to use them daily so that’s why it’s taking awhile.

The only complaint I have is that they don’t have the marks to trim them with. I didn’t like having to remove my insoles to use as a guide. Other than that, they are really comfortable! I will definitely get me another pair once these wear out!

They mold to the shape of your foot after a bit of wear and become almost like a custom fit insole. 3M sent me a free sample of this product to evaluate. I highly recommend this insole to anyone on their feet all day.
