[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this from one of my partners and I am so thankful to have a laptop. Only suggestion is without so many different software and hard drives you are able to download on to your computer Chromebooks should only have equipment and applications only for Chromebook products. You should not be able to download apple stuff from a Acer Chromebook app store. There should only be that product with that equipment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If 0 stars was an option, it would get that. This item didn’t even last a year for my son who needed it for school. Bought a new charger, tried to see if it was the battery, nothing worked. It just shutdown and WILL NOT TURN ON.
