Dear Anthony, We are sorry you are unhappy with your Acer monitor specifications. Most monitors don’t come with speakers built-in because this would add size, weight, and price. In most cases monitors are connected to a desktop PC that already has an audio source connected, or a laptop that has built-in audio. Additionally, monitors with built in speakers are generally very low wattage, ie: 1W-2W; most users would prefer a more robust sound system via powered USB speakers or headphones for best quality sound. After reading and seeing the reviews, the box to my monitor came in really janky but there still were no scratches or cracks on my monitor and it works completely fine! The packing inside the box was really decent surprisingly and overall I’m glad it works well

It’s super big, the box came super crushed so I was very worried. However when I turned it on and started using it, it worked amazingly and I had absolutely zero scratches or cracks. Maybe just pack it a little better.

Screen came in cracked. Very upsetting because I have my PC coming in and now I have to wait on a monitor in order to even use it. I’m ordering it again because I really do like the Acer monitors. Hopefully it won’t be cracked. I’ll be sure to review once it comes in.
