This product contains an NSAID, which may cause severe stomach bleeding. The chance is higher if you: are age 60 or older, have had stomach ulcers or bleeding problems, take a blood thinning (anticoagulant) or steroid drug, take other drugs containing prescription or nonprescription NSAIDs [aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, or others], take more or for a longer time than directed, have 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day while using this product.Pregnancy/breast-feeding warning
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. It is especially important not to use aspirin during the last 3 months of pregnancy unless definitely directed to do so by a doctor because it may cause problems in the unborn child or complications during delivery.Liver warning
This product contains acetaminophen. Severe liver damage may occur if you take: more than 8 tablets in 24 hours, which is the maximum daily amount, with other drugs containing acetaminophen, 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day while using this product.Keep out of reach
In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center (1-800-222-1222) right away. Quick medical attention is critical for adults as well as for children even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.Do not use

I’ve suffered from migraines since I was 17 and unfortunately my son gets them as well. This is one of only two medicines that helps both of us. If we take it as soon as the migraine starts, it definitely helps. I will say that for a more severe one, we both have to use something else but overall I think it’s worth a try for migraine sufferers. Also, it’s a great price!

I suffer from serious migraines. I even got both my daith pierced, which only helped for a short period of time. Aleve use to work too, but it sadly no longer works. I refuse to take prescribed scripts since they always have a side effect, so I thought I would give this a chance, and it worked! Not saying it works immediately, but it works on most of my bad migraine days!!

Affordable and work very fast. My migraine had me feeling like I was gonna vomit and pass out. I took a dose at 7:30 pm and was able to eat my dinner and put my kids to bed by 8pm. Headache still lingered for about an hour but my right eye didn’t feel like it was going to pop out of my head.
