A: Hello, thank you for your question. The shelfs sit at 9 inches in height, they are adjustable so they can be a inch lower or higher. You can also remove the shelf for 18 inches of height. I hope this was helpful.

I received the box and it was not damaged and thought I was all set. Unfortunately a major piece of the entertainment center was broken when I unpacked all the pieces. I contacted the company via their automated process as suggested and was immediately sent an automated response that they were having delays and would receive a response in 7-14 days; but that I could reply to the email and it would be added to my account. After 14 and 16 days I emailed them. I received no response. After 3 weeks I called the 1-800 number and the message said there was no one to take the call and to use their website to chat with a representative. So I did but there is no live person on chat, again only automated responses, which led me to putting in a brand new complaint about my broken part. Again I received an automated response saying they would get back to me on 7-14 days. At this point I was getting angry. It seems they are producing products but not investing in any type of customer service! So I put a complaint on with the Better Business Bureau. Three days later I got an email from an actual person asking if anyone had helped me yet. Seriously?! I told them no, explained my problem, and expressed my frustration kindly. Within the week I’d gotten an email that my replacement part was approved. A week later I got an email that my part had been ordered, that it would arrive by Friday (a week) and given a tracking number. Friday came and went and the tracking number gave no anticipated arrival date. I’d almost given up and had contacted the Better Business Bureai again. The part just arrived Tuesday and it is the correct part, color, and undamaged. I would not order from this company again. This was a major pain in the butt and the company lacks any type of customer service skills.

Missing vital parts

This isn’t the most stable and it was missing the back leg. It came with 2 of one instead of one of each. We can’t use the extra leg because it’s opposite and doesn’t connect in the right places. I tried to do a return but they wanted me to package up this whole unit and ship it back and accept a whole new one. All I wanted was that one part. It’s not really worth it and besides it uses wood glue so I can’t really take this apart.

Just got this and put it together. It took me, and able-bodied 31yo woman, 2 hours from unboxing to finish to assemble solo. Overall, I’m pretty pleased with how it looks! I’ve been trying to make my living space extra cozy for the upcoming pandemic winter. Bonus points on this review for the console being delivered a week and a half sooner than anticipated! I’m knocking off a star, though, only because I had issues screwing in the L-brackets to behind the fireplace to hold it in place. One side went in fine, but when I was trying to do the other, the screws just stripped the plywood. So I couldn’t secure the other side. Even with that, I’m thinking it’ll definitely be worth what I paid (granted, I got this 50% off).

We ordered this fireplace stand online and it was delivered really fast. It was in a huge heavy box. It wouldn't fit in my car so my husband had to get it in his trunk and pushed up to the back seats. We got this item with 17% off which was a great deal. All assembly pieces were included and it took him about an hour and half to put it together. I helped him some but he mostly handled it alone! All he needed was a Phillips screwdriver and it was done. We love how it looks in our living room. We love the fireplace with the coffee brown color we picked.

Amazing TV stand! A little difficult to put together, but its doable. Took me about an hour and a half to complete it by myself. Fire place kicks out a good flow of heat for your feet mostly. The lights dance so its not just a steady one flame if that makes sense. The color has is a little more red than shown in photos but still looks very nice.

The quality of this product is terrible. It was fairly easy to assemble the first time but the cam fittings wouldn't lock into the screws. As we tried to move the cabinet out of the garage into the family room, the cam fittings just started dropping out and the whole cabinet fell apart. We had to take apart and try to rebuild twice before ending up drilling our own screws into the sides of the legs to hold them in place. I would not recommend purchasing this item.

This was was so difficult to put together. The directions made no sense & the holes weren't big enough for the screws. It says should be able to use a screwdriver but couldn't be done with a screwdriver.
