The item is fine for my purposes, I'm not using it for file folders. My big issue is I bought 9 of these and they packed them so ineptly. All of them were thrown into a giant cardboard box with no bubble wrap or packaging of any kind. I was honestly shocked that only 2 of them cracked and not more given the complete lack of care packing them

False advertising. File folders do NOT fit in this wall pocket as stated on the product page. Target obviously never tested these out before buying them from the vendor and posting them on their website.

File folders fit in the top couple inches and then it tapers at the bottom and they won’t go in. Terrible, terrible design and shouldn’t be sold.
