I used to be an athlete but now am middle aged with a chronic pain condition, so it’s very difficult to get motivated to move. But as long as I put the leg straps lower on my thigh (digital version may not have so you may have to get separately) this actually has all various levels of movement challenges plus badges and a leaderboard. I have only scratched the surface but I am looking forward to building a movement routine and challenging my daughter to join me in the new year :)
