I love this product but hate the metal tube/plastic cap that never goes on correctly, hoping they will improve thsi or go back to the plastic tube/plastic cap that was never a problem.

The cream is very good and has never irritated my sensitive eyes. But I am now looking for a new cream, because the metal tube and cap that won't screw on cause waste. Either too much comes out or not enough, the product dries because the cap won't go back on without a lot of trial and error. Its too bad the package ruins a good product.

I've used this product for years and loved it BUT…The new formula seems to be thinner and not as creamy as previous one. Will call and see if they intend reverting back - if not will be hunting for a replacement for my daily eye cream requirements for older skin. Used to love the brightening thicker cream and former container not cold to hold and has easier LID than this almost IMPOSSIBLE to close new one. Who has time for that. A flip up lid would be even better on plastic container.

Just as others commented: cap does not twist shut properly but sideway, so the product leaks out. Very frustrating for something that should be simple. Will not purchase this brand again.

Either Acure can change it's packaging back, or I'm switching eye creams! The new cap is next to impossible to screw back onto the new tube. And even more so with eye cream on your fingers. RIDICULOUS. Did no one test these after they designed them?? I just spent five minutes trying and finally had to jam the cap back on. No idea if I can get it back off next time I apply the cream. Most likely I'll be throwing away a NEARLY FULL tube because it's impossible to use. Switching back to Juice Beauty, I guess. Would love a refund for this crap. (And this is not some insane user error situation - I'm capable, I'm a college grad, I use A LOT of skincare products. This tube is just way more trouble than it's worth.)

This cream is nice. I use it every night. There is really nothing radical about it, but I do like it. The reason for the three stars? The new packaging is terrible! I cannot twist the cap on the tube. It's cockeyed. Always. I'm hopeful the cream doesn't dry out due to crappy packaging. I love the earth but come on.

I love this product! A quick swipe of this under my eyes and on my cheekbones gives me the perfect glow! My skin looks rejuvenated, and I look more awake in the morning! The feeling is so smooth when you apply it, and it isn’t sticky! I feel like this is a must-have product, and it’s easy to throw in your purse for on the go use. This eye balm has worked wonders on the skin under my eyes tends to be a bit dry which makes my concealer pretty noticeable, but with this you can't even tell I am wearing make up, it makes everything go on oh so smooth! This is easy to use and leaves my skin feeling moisturized. I haven’t noticed a huge difference yet, none other than moisturization. In comparison to other products, I’m liking it so far.

I just needed a decent eye cream that wouldn’t break the bank. This cream delivered and then some. I’ve been using for about a month now and NO JOKE my under eye circles have almost disappeared and the skin around my eyes seems firmer. Buy this! LOL

I really love the product, it's great for my extremely sensitive skin under my eyes and the metal tube is great but the cap is terrible!! I spent 15 minutes trying to screw it back on and like the reviewer before me, I had issues with the cream coming out of the tube while trying and so it's wasted! Please fix this! A lid/cap like the one on your hydrating eye cream would be perfect. I've also had the same issue with my moisturizer tube.

I like the lightness of this product and how easily my skin absorbs it. I also like the metal tube it's in but I hate the cap. I literally can't get it to screw in with the for first try. Takes so long and the product slowly oozes out while I'm struggling to screw the cap on lol.

The Acure Radically Rejuvenating eye cream provides moisture around the eyes, as promised. I don't know if it does anything else, but for the price I'm happy with it. The one issue I have is the packaging. On all of the Acure eye cream tubes I've purchased over the years, the openings have a tiny pull tab. Great concept, but it never tears off, even with a pair of pliers. I always have to dig it out with a small paring knife. Manufacturer, if you're listening, please address this one major flaw in the product. I suggest ditching the plastic tab, or if you want to keep it, making it easier to pull off with fingers. Thank you.

Within seconds of putting this on my skin became inflamed-it looked as though I had a chemical peel done. Painful and sore, I have never experienced this with any other eye cream.
