I bought this lamp in store and really love it; however, upon turning it on, I noticed a few chips in the black coating toward the bottom of the stem. Whatever material used for this part does not hold up. I'm giving this lamp another chance by ordering online to see if the same issue occurs. I am not hard on my things and was disappointed this happened. Target has a great return policy though, and stands behind their merchandise. I do recommend this lamp nonetheless!

I wish I could give half stars- I would realistically give it 4.5. The lamps are amazing and makes the room so cozy! My only negative to these is the weight of the top kind of pulls the base so it doesn’t sit completely flush! They are amazing quality and the perfect addition to the room, just that one small, minor issue!
