We love this rug. The turquoise and black 8x10” is gorgeous. It was a little folded in the shipping packaging, that was my only issue. We used 25lb weights and furniture to smooth those out. Took a few days but worked. So happy with it!

Horrible rug, horrible experience

This rug arrived folded, not rolled. It has about 100 creases that do not flatten, even after 2 months. I called and emailed Safavieh repeatedly, but they refuse to exchange it because I bought it through Target. My only option is to haul a 10 foot rug back to Target, order another rug, wait for it to come, and hope that the rug isn't folded and creased like this one. Seems like a huge hassle, right? Target can't do anything because of Safavieh's policy, and Safavieh says they can't do anything because of Target's policy. Just don't buy from Safavieh. Just don't.

Misleading photos + inaccurate colors

I was so excited to receive this ivory/sage rug because the colors were perfectly muted in the product photos…when the rug arrived, I opened it to find that the colors were completely off. The rug is not muted in the least. The ivory looks like a highlighter yellow, and the sage is an unappealing green. 😔 Will be returning this as it’s absolutely not what is pictured. Target, please do better and upload accurate color photos instead of misleading loyal customers!
