Q: Is there a way to attach the 3 pieces together?

submitted by DHGV - 6 years ago
  • A: The 120" length is a 3 piece rod that does telescope together. Thanks!

  • A: I just bought two of these and they do not telescope! The third piece is the same as one of the outside pieces with a screw cap on one side. Please help! Highly upset

submitted bySamanthaljay - 6 years ago
  • A: For some reason they put the end cap on the piece that goes in the middle. Just unscrew the cap and screw it into the end of the outer rod so the middle piece can fit into both ends.

Q: I just ordered 2 of the 66-120 size and the middle piece does NOT telescope. It is the same exact size as one of the end pieces. Please advise how I am to attach all 3?

submitted by Samanthaljay - 6 years ago
  • A: The largest diameter rod should be used as the center piece, which both side rods telescope into. I hope this makes sense. Thanks!

Q: What are the measurements of the center bracket? Specifically the length of the part that gets screwed to the wall. I have a little less than 1 1/2 inches from ceiling to window space to attach the bracket to.

submitted by BJK - 6 years ago
  • A: The mounting brackets project out 3.5 inches from the wall.

Q: I need a 66-120" rod. I'll be extending it to approx. 102". Are 2 brackets really gonna be enough? Seems like it will definitely need 3 brackets to support it. Whataya think?
