Size down if you absolutely want this. The band has so much stretch it doesn't really hold you in, even putting it at the tightest hooks. The cups are very odd. Make your breasts just look... Flat and odd.

They truly needed to add an extra seem. The design leaves gaps towards the middle. I'm going to have to sew it myself but the flower design will then be overlapping. It looked so pretty but dont make my mistake.
