When you notice your tummy pooching and you are stressed out, Cortisol is what you want in your life! Stress and caffeine contribute to excess cortisol production, especially in the a.m. Take 1 before bed and 1 in the morning to curb the production. Love these!

I ordered this hoping that it would help with my stress level and the cortisol levels that keep building around my mid-section. But it didn't do any thing for me. I took it like it said to do and there was no change at all. So I would not recommend this product.

This product helped me get to sleep after years of nightly stress that was really hurting me. I have now started taking the recommended dosage (since I am still stressed) which is 3 x per day, not just at night when I cannot sleep. It outperforms even the Ayurvedic stress supplement I was taking. I think of it as expensive, but for what it does it is a really good buy

I have a tendency to be estrogen dominant, which often over produces cortisol, or tummy fat if you will! Super Cortisol Support helps block the production of cortisol so it is not stored in the belly region. I have used this product off and on for years. It is always in my cabinet!!

Helped me from dose one. Took in the morning and gave great energy up to lunch time, I took another after lunch and I avoided the post lunch sleepiness and fogginess of mind. Felt much more alert. Helps me sleep better too.
