I bought this a couple months back, i didn’t feel a difference but i did stop taking this it made my stomach upset. I even trued to take it after I ate and I tried on an empty stomach and my stomach still hurt.

I’ve been using this Irish Sea moss for about a year now. I also use the black seed oil from the same company. I take them together when I wake up. I feel good so I’ll stick with it, plus it’s a good price.
