the best! increases my energy everyday when I take it around 3pm. better than drinking caffeine and getting the jitters. this leaves me with a nice gentle energy uplift. have used it for many, many years and it's one supplement I will not go without!

As much plant based diet as I eat, I still seem to be lacking in Magnesium. This works for me. Helps elimination too. I take it on an empty stomach before breakfast, and it works super fast.

IT WAS TESTED BY A BIOCHEMIST FRIEND OF MINE AND TESTED VERY HIGH GRADE. HE RECOMMENDED IT ALL THE TIME IN HIS HEALTH SEMINARS! I USE IT DAILY AND NEVER LEAVE HOME WITHOUT IT!
