It should have never passed quality control, although it was stamped "passed". So many defects underneath the stryfoam and corner protection leading me to believe not damaged in shipping. Elements who shipped the nightstand could have cared less about the defects, they replied nothing they can do, contact Target. Target sentva replacement, that I was not allowed to return, that was in worst condition. I ended up with no nightstand, out a $168 & had to pay a trash hauler to take away.

This item is a nice, heavy piece of furniture. I was expecting it to be much more flimsy and was so pleased to see it was solid. Putting the legs on was no problem. It is a bright white and not the creamy color I was expecting. It did not work in the room I planned it for but I had another room it went in perfectly. I'd recommend this except be sure you want bright white.

Easy to assemble and very pretty. The drawer does not slide well at all. The cabinet closes nicely, but I wish there was a shelf in it.
