This refill is incredibly easy to use, and I do think the “long-lasting” and “hassle-free” claims hold up. It popped right into the diffuser with no mess, and it’s been going strong for quite a while. The scent—Lavender & Waterlily—is really pleasant. It’s a soft, delicate floral that smells fresh and a little springy without being overpowering or too sweet. Air Wick seems to have found a great balance with this fragrance. It’s strong enough to notice, but not so intense that it gives you a headache. It is just a nice, consistent scent that makes the room feel a little more polished and inviting. My only real complaint is that the refills are a bit pricey. I also wish they offered more scent options—maybe single-note oils or even a DIY-style bottle so you could blend your own. I’d love something like a eucalyptus/tea tree or vanilla/peppermint combo, especially during allergy season, to help freshen the air and clear things up a bit. Overall, it’s a lovely scent that I’d happily use again—I just wish there were more flexibility with the oils

It's such a good burst of a nice scent. I didn't particularly care for the lavender and waterlily scent that it came with, but I love the linen and petals scent! It takes 3 AA batteries and has 4 settings. It lights up and is very quiet. It even has a sound for when the refill is low. I would say you can smell the scent better in small spaces or when you're in close proximity to the diffuser.

It’s a small diffuser and doesn’t take up much space, but it does release the scent throughout my entire downstairs. Although, my husband hated the essential oil scent of the Lavender & Waterlily.
