Q: Brand new out of the box and is only blowing room temperature dry air. No cool mist. What’s wrong with it?

Q: Is there a filter? If not does it leave a white dust on surfaces?

A: Hello, Shelly! Our ultrasonic models do not use wick filters. If you have an issue with extremely hard water, you may see white dust and/or film on nearby surfaces. Thanks! -Melissa, AIRCARE
