I've been using this for 2 years. I put it on after I shower, no more dry skin ever. This is a great product. No bad chemicals for your body to absorb. Highly recommend!

I enjoy this nice, smooth, non-greasy lotion after showers and handwashes. It's not rich enough for my face, which needs a little pure shea butter, olive oil, or castor oil to feel perfect. Even so, I use it on my face several times a day. I also sent a bottle to my eczema-suffering grandson.

Let me start by just saying that this used to be my go-to product for conditioner. However, they recently changed the ingredients and it’s obviously not the same. The website isn’t updated either so I assumed I was getting the product I had always gotten but was left disappointed. Yellow cap is the old ingredients and the black cap is the new. I provided a scan from the Yuka app.

I think this is a good product. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. I'm a Latin woman with light skin. I'm in my late forties, and my skin is super soft because I've used body lotion for many years. I bought the Everyday Shea Unscented Body Lotion, and when I was halfway through the 950 ml bottle, my shins, hips, and buttocks started itching like crazy. Afraid I had developed an allergic reaction, I went to the doctor. They told me it wasn't that; my skin was dry. I started using a different body lotion, and the itch stopped immediately. I also used this product on my hands, and they got dry. The skin between my fingers on the back of my hands had a white-dry appearance.

Excellent moisturizer. I like the smaller bottle without the pump. I find pumps to be annoying and too plastic intensive.

I used this lotion last night on my hands and an hour later they started tingling and itching really bad. The irritation and itching was so severe it woke me up out of my sleep. It didn't occur to me that it was the lotion at first, but it was the only thing I used before going to bed. My fingers, hands, and wrists became swollen twice their size and the itching was terrible. I washed my hands with soap and water. The only thing that helped with the itching and burning was cold water. After 12 hours, the itching is gone, and the swelling and tightness is slowly getting better. I threw the lotion in the trash and will not buy again. I just wanted users to know my experience with this product.

Goes on light and almost feels a bit thin when applied, but feels amazing once it's absorbed. Buttery smooth and soft and not at all greasy or sticky like most moisturizers. It actually smells like Shea Butter, which I think smells amazing and gives me confidence that it actually contains what it claims to.

I was so sad when my bottle was empty. Tried other lotions, nothing compares. It feels so good on my face, I add a thick layer and it slowly absorbs leaving my face soft and smooth all day. Many people have asked me what I'm doing different with my face, I tell them Alaffia Shea butter lotion!

This smells horrible. I think I got a bottle that has been sitting on the shelf for a long time. It has that smell that natural products get when they are super old. I’m sensitive to fragrance, but I usually like the smell of shea butter. Unfortunately, this bottle is not really usable, since the smell is so unpleasant.

I have been having a hard time managing my dry skin now that I am in my late 50's. I recently bought your Everyday Shea Body Lotion and really feel it is making a difference on my skin. Even thought it’s unscented, it still has a smell and it is awful. It is just so unpleasant I cannot stand it. I’ve been using Alaffia Body Wash and Lotion (the green bottle) for years and love them. I bought this unscented lotion because the green one was out of stock and I wouldn’t buy it again.

This isn't moisturizing enough for me when the weather gets colder and drier, but it's fine for warmer months. I really like the slightly smokey shea smell, and I appreciate how they did away with the pump!

Love this body lotion! I dont like products that are heavily scented which is part of why I love this lotion. It doesn’t have a strong scent at all. It’s very moisturizing and not sticky. Absorbs quickly and leaves my skin very soft. also inexpensive!

I bought this bc ingredients says this lotion is based on wax and there is no alcohol on all websites. While I got the actual product the was ingredient was not on there and it says cetearyl alcohol.
