So far the awning is great. Follow the instruction book and you won't have any problems. Two holes did not quite line up while putting it together so I used some self tapping screws. It also called for a 19mm masonry bit which I couldn't find at my local hardware store so I used the largest tapcon screws I could find. Installed with no issues. Feels sturdy.
