A: Hi Friend, the first wash should clear 90% of any pilling and the remaining amount will be minimized further after each wash. To minimize pilling at the factory level, we push the robe through a heavy-duty vacuum-like machine that pulls off any loose lint. That said until the garment is washed thoroughly there may be a small amount of lint remaining that will pill up and come off in the wash. Fleece is a very fine microfiber, but very strong. It'll hold its structure for years, but any initial pilling you see is from the cut and sew process. Hope that helps!

A: Hello! This robe is made from a microfleece fabric called coral fleece. The weight of the fabric is 330gsm. Basically, that means its a very soft fleece fabric that is lightweight in feel, but thick and very warm when worn. Great as a winter robe, not so ideal in the Summer. Hope that helps!
