Great music by a hugely talented band, way ahead of their time. Layne Staleys voice is the most beautiful and versatile voice ever, in my opinion, and I feel his vocals are at their peak on Facelift, although they are always superb. The only artist I’ve ever been aware of that sounded better live than in studio.
