A little backstory on me: I'm in my mid-20s and am all about leading healthy lifestyles, and am no stranger to probiotics (and the benefits they provide). This flavor (strawberry banana smoothie) was incredibly true to flavor. It tasted almost identical to other strawberry banana protein smoothies I've had. My girlfriend said it tasted a little chalky to her, but I liked the flavor. Results: I noticed that I was more "regular" after taking these tablets after about a week. I experienced none of the stomach/intestinal pains that some other reviewers mention, that often come when people first take probiotics. Bottom line: I liked the flavor but am not sure how a chewable tablet fits with my lifestyle. I prefer the speed and efficiency of taking a probiotic capsule instead. That being said, I would consider buying this product if it was about the same price as my other probiotics. If you're looking for a chewable probiotic, these are a great choice. What's even better is they taste great and have a good texture unlike most vitamins I've tried. They are almost like candy. I quit taking it before I tried out the Align so I could get the full effect. After 2 weeks, I was pleasantly surprised! Not only did it help my indigestion but helped with my bowel movements. My biggest gripe, which is why it got 4 stars is the packaging! Its not really very arthritis friendly. I ended up having my husband pop the tabs out of its "ironclad" bubble package and put them in a bottle.

I'm not usually "regular" and had just gotten back from a vacation when I received these in the mail. Initially, I didn't notice much of a difference, so I stopped taking them. After which, I was even less regular than before. So I decided to give another try. When consistently taken, I was in the bathroom on the toilet at about 8am sharp each morning. Good solid bowel movements. I was happy with the way I felt. As for flavor, they pretty much taste like banana flavored candies. Very palatable. My only complaint would be the packaging. I'd end up breaking the tablet in half trying to get it out. And then when it did finally open, half would fall on the floor. Overall, a good product.

The Strawberry-banana flavoring tastes a little like the banana hard candies, and is a little too chalky for me. I have taken other probiotics, but this one didn't seem to change too much. Other probiotics i have taken seemed to work better. I noticed that my bathroom movements were a little more regular, but as for benefits I noticed, that was it. I think maybe if you take it for longer than 24 days, you might see better results. I would probably purchase another time to see if I would get better results after a longer period of taking them.

At first I didn't notice a difference but after about 2 weeks I noticed that my foods seemed to digest better and easier and it was much easier to use the bathroom. I will continue to use this probiotic supplement and have already bought another box!
