Description
The two most important qualities to look for in a Roaster are durability and style and this one has lots of both. With a sizable surface area and sturdy riveted handles, it can hold a 20-lb. turkey or duck both in the oven and on the tabletop for many special occasions to come. Its raised sides ensure everything bakes evenly until golden brown all around. Made from durable stainless steel, it distributes heat evenly and is tough enough to bake or broil with up to 600F for years and years. The mirror-polished finish is also stylish enough to go from the oven to the table, no serving dish is needed. And its sturdy riveted handles make it easier to pull it out of the oven. I really like this pan however I was disappointed to fine it does not work on my induction cooktop I always check info first but it didn’t say anything about it . I will enjoy using it just not as often as I would like

Something large enough to cook roasts or dips in as well as something that could be used on my electric stove. I could not be happier with this product. It is extremely durable and easy to wash. The stainless steel allows food to not stick when cooking and it looks extremely sleek. I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family!

It looks really nice and can hold a large whole turkey. Very useful to feeding a large family with its 15inches length. It bakes evenly and is dish washer safe. The stainless steel durable handles help you grapple the pan with ease when checking up on your food in the oven. I like that it can hold up to a twenty pounds and cook or roast foods that are up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit. I also love that it cooks food evenly and browns food evenly. I love the potholders as they keep your hands safe and make it easy to tackle basting. Overall, I really like it .

It has a nice weight to it...not too light but not too heavy. The pot holders are a nice size although 'I do wish they had a pocket style (where your hands go inside of it).

It is dishwasher safe which is a huge plus. It is even broiler safe! This allows you to get that nice crisp touch to baking dishes. The oval shape will accommodate protein dishes which don’t always fit in your 9 by 13 dishes. Nice added bonus with two matching pot holders.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never heard of All-Clad products until receiving this beautiful steel baker set. This is stainless steel & so well made. It is so sturdy & very shiny! It can withstand very high oven temperatures & although I don't have one, I guess it is also dishwasher safe. This is an oval Baker/baking style pan (dish) & it comes with two very nice, thick red & white pot holders also. When I first took it out of the box, I honestly didn't want to use it because it was just so pretty lol. But, I washed it & planned a dinner for my family & a few elderly neighbors because this is a great sized item! I made up a recipe just using some chicken breast chunks/strips with various seasonings & leftovers I had in the house. Everything cooked evenly & perfect! The pot holders did a great job of keeping my hands safe while also allowing me to keep a good grip on the handles. It was pretty easy to clean after use & still looks great. I like this set of the 15" oval Baker & it's pot holders, it's wonderful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I roasted my thanksgiving Turkey in this pan, it was absolutely perfect. It is a beautiful stainless steel that is so shiny I could almost use as a mirror. It distributed the heat evenly and has taller sides than a lot of roasting pans. The quality is evident, it’s a nice heavy weight pan and clean up was very easy, I just used a sponge with a green scourer and dish soap and it came clean as new. Also included was a nice pair of pot holders, they are red on one side and cream on the other. Also made by All-Clad and again a very nice quality.
