I like this pan a lot, great non stick coating, even heat. only thing that sucks is it's pretty heavy so maybe don't get it if you have weak wrists. I have the forearm genetics of a titan so all good here

We love the easy to clean, cook, and fry pan. The quality is superior. We have thrown out our teflon pans due to the research on carcinogens found in teflon. We are so pleased with our UCLAD Hard Anodized non stick 12 inch frypan that we have ordered the 8 & 12 inch for eggs, and other sauted foods.

Nice pan that doesn't stay flat on induction stovetop. Kind of disappointed.

Not as great as reviews say, nor my daughter. The good: even heat, very easy to clean. The bad: I purchased all three 8, 10, and 12 inch. Not one is flat, oil tips to the sides on all of them on first time. The handles are the worse of any of my frying pans. Not only are they awkward, they get VERY hot. I did purhase one of the silicon covers, which mot helps with the heat, the for the life of me I cannot understand why such an expensive set of pans do not have easy to hold, stay cool handles. With the exception of my cast iron pans, all my others (I have many) have cool to touch handles. I will most likely sell or give these away and replace with Ano***. They heat evenly have flat bottoms and cool to touch handles, same price. Unfortunately, I went all in and purchased not one the frying pans but the spaghetti pot and strainer (again hot handles), the square frying pan(great for sandwiches, pancakes, etc. (hot handles also), and the Everyday pan (great size, but same problems, not flat hot handles). I spent ALOT of money and could not be more disappointed.

Ordered this All Clad (HA1) pan through Air Miles Rewards. I haven't used it as yet but can already tell that the handle is horrible to hold. Pan is very heavy and with the awkward handle makes it (for me) almost unusable. I am so disappointed because I thought finally I was going to have a really good frying pan.

I like it, especially how easy it is to clean. Food cooks evenly without burning.

The pan seems well made as I'd expect from All-Clad, but the handle has a truly terrible design. It's super uncomfortable to hold for longer than a few seconds, even empty. Due to the fact that there is a concave indent in the top of the handle, the sides of the handle dig into your palm in a really uncomfortable way due to the lever effect coming from the back of the handle being pushed up by the downward pull of the weight of the pan and its contents. I legitimately hate the handle.

I've loved the All-Clad 12" Nonstick Fry Pan that I've had for 4 years. Took good care of it, but it was finally time to replace it so I ordered the same, but did not see that the design of the handle has changed. As soon as opened it up and lifted the pan, I knew there was no way I was going to be happy with it so I am returning it.

Love this frypan, you can make your entire meal in it. Only negative is it is a bit heavy and hard to wash in dishwasher because of long handle.

The pan arrived after Christmas, when it was original scheduled to arrive a week before. When it finally got here it had a significant dent in the pan that was bad enough to prevent the lid from fitting. The return process has been going slow.

Great pan so far, we'll see how long it lasts. It is a little heavy.

All-Clad is the best. Well made. Perfect size and a lid you can see thru. Worth every penny.

Purchased this as a replacement for a pan that came with a set of non-stick pans because the coating failed in the center. First thing I noticed upon opening the box is the new angle of the handle. It has a much higher angle than the old pan and, as a result, the pan feels heavier and the handle kinda hurts my hand. Nice to have a clear lid (the old one did not have one) but the handle has a much deeper concave design that is just uncomfortable.

I love this pan! Just the right size for the middle “burner” on my induction stovetop. It’s deep enough to contain stir-fry, generous amounts of sloppy joe filling, and other larger dishes, and the lid fits snugly. I don’t know why I didn’t buy this sooner. I haven’t tried it in the oven yet, but will.

The pan is great!!! Cooks food well, little to no oil/butter when cooking. The only problem with these pans is the lid! Extremely hot when I use it. Cooking on medium to medium low heat. Have to use a pot holder to remove lid. If I would have known this before I bought it, I would have bought a different pan. These are quite heavy but Easy to clean, heats up quickly and stays flat on stove. top. I also think having it be able to use in the oven ( Up to 500) with lid (350) is a nice feature.

I like everything about he pan but the handle. It is not ergonomically correct making it difficult to pick up from the stove. I may have passed the return date on this pan. The non-stick and the induction compatibility is fine.

Love this pan. No issues with sticking or cleaning

I just starting using the pan for turkey burgers. It seems that the nonstick coating somehow allows the burgers to retain their juices 100% better than the old pan I was using.. I like the weight of the pan plus the two handles make it very easy to manipulate. And thank goodness it came with a lid!
