I like it, there’s substantial weight to it, heats evenly across the whole pan and cleans up easily. My only wish is that it was just a little deeper.

Great for stove to table dining!! I enjoy using this as a serving piece. It also has a heavy bottom and cooks various foods perfectly.

The Good: Love All-Clad nonstick; great performance; longest lasting nonstick I've tried The Bad: Why did they call this a Universal Pan when it is nothing more than a 12" fry pan? Granted it doesn't have the long single handle. I was expecting higher sides based on reviews raving about the high sides. My bad, I should have looked at the measurements.

Much as I love my 10" Scanpan as the weeknight go-to, this one is winning me over with its real estate even if it's not as heavy as the Scanpan. There's more space to brown without crowding, which is terrific; however, I am not crazy about the ring at the perimeter of the cooking space that seems to catch the liquids--it's not completely flat, so if you're only using a small amount of oil/liquid, it won't stay in the center. I like the 2 handles as opposed to a stick-type one, as it leaves more room for movement of other pans across the range. All in all, a great pan and set for the price.

It is perfect for making food that requires a slightly deep pan but not a soup pot, but can also be used as a straight up frying pan too! I cook everything in this now, and since it is oven safe, I can even finish foods in the oven like the steaks I made last week. The lid is great to have for distributing heat, the trivet is wonderful because it perfectly fits the pan and acts as a fancy pot holder for the hot pan, and the spoon that is comes with is nice because it is smooth wood that won't scratch the pan. I also love the heavy bottom which will keep it from warping like other pans that I have. Over all I am so happy with this pan and will continue to use it daily!

My favorite pan from All-Clad. I have nothing but All-Clad in my kitchen, and this pan is more fun to cook in than all of the others. It holds so much, and I love the higher sides so food does not flip out as you move it around in the pan. Love it.

Love this pot! Wish I had ordered the 4quart instead I think this would have made a this a better goto pot.

It’s easy to clean, cooks up efficiently. Love the double handle versus one long handle. Makes for easier handling. So nice to bring it straight to the table. I just wish I had the 10 inch version but don’t have room for more pots storage.

I’m honestly so amazed.. the quality is so fantastic, just like our other all clad. And the nonstick is such a great feature! I love the trivet it came with, so high quality and definitely adds to the aesthetic of the pan. And the spoon is now my new favorite! Definitely going to be adding more non stick pieces to our collection! Highly recommended.

Where to start the quality of the pan is amazing, my eggs dance in this pan I love it. The quality of the spoon is great as well it feels so soft and simple to wash, the trivet I accidentally left my water gallon on top and formed a water ring. So be careful with wood but I know I can remove that once I look into it. I can cook so many dishes in short amount of time, I tend to cook lunch and breakfast for my husband for the next Day during the night and this pan helps me get the job done and not just for one day for a couple days I can finally food prep for almost a week since I can fit so much on this pan. I have taken so many pictures of all the foods I have made in this pan I wish I could load them all, I made my cheese pupusas perfect they looked so delicious better than the restaurant. My eggs are so ooo good on this pan I literally want to cook everything on this pan, I have not cooked in the oven but I'm excited to do so. I love making variety of foods for my husband's lunch, this pan has made my life easier I highly recommend this to anyone who loves cooking.
