This is the best tasting sausage!! Full of flavor and no nitrates or other preservatives. This is the same thing as Jennie O which cannot be found in our area. Please do not ever delete. I bought about 10 when I found it. Only sausage I could taste when I started getting my taste back due to covid. I can’t say enough positives for this sausage. Wish this brand would also do italian turkey sausage.

I don’t buy mass market sausage regularly, but needed some for a holiday brunch so thought I’d try this. I grew up with home grown/home butchered meats and homemade sausage, and I know the difference between good and not-good quality. It is inexpensive, so I wasn’t expecting gourmet level, but hoped for something adequate. The texture of this product is the worst part. It is like sticky toothpaste. Additionally, it has no discernible flavor. Very watery when cooking, and an all-around inferior product. The only positive is that it is a source of protein, but I hate that these animals gave their life for something so sub-standard. Will not buy again.

This tastes like a good pork sausage with sage and has no artificial ingredients! It was cut into 8 slices and cooked all at once in a nonstick pan over medium low heat. It did release a lot of water while cooking (about 3/4 cup) which I removed by the spoonful. When done the patties were much smaller- about 1 1//2 inch in diameter and 1/4 inch thick. Though small, they were still tender and tasty. I added a spray or two of olive oil at the end to assist in browning. The patties were stored it in a covered plastic container in the fridge and they're easy to reheat in a skillet or air fryer. I highly recommend as an alternative to pork sausage and definitely plan to buy again. Try it... you won't regret it!

Good freaking stuff! It’s versatile, pre-seasoned to perfection & isn’t from actual pork (which we try to avoid eating in our household). For breakfast, I scrambled some eggs, fried up some cubed potatoes, onions & bell peppers & mixed it with the sausage. My boyfriend & I loved it. I also cooked the sausage, broke it apart into 1/2 inch chunks & added it onto a homemade pizza. I’m buying, like, 10 more of these.
