Q: What duvet covers go with this duvet. I see it has 6 loops to secure to duvet cover. .However the threshold cover I bought only has 4 ties.

I don’t understand how this is “all season”. It weighs a million pounds, making it really hard to handle and put in new duvet cover and my husband is sleeping on the couch because it is so hot! And it’s winter in Oregon!

Extremely warm and thick but so loud. I got it at the end of winter last year and just used it for the first time this December for winter in NH. Keeps me toasty warm but sooo loud that it wakes me AND my partner up at night if I even shift sleeping positions. I am taking advantage of targets extended return policy and returning it.

I really like this comforter I feel like it looks really much more expensive than it is. It has 10% down and 90% feathers which I think is a higher concentration of down at this price yeah I agree. It’s a little bit loud, like some reviewers mentioned—but I think the fluffiness and the breathability of it outweighs that. I feel that the fluffiness and the light weight of the comforter reminds me of something you see at Pottery Barn for maybe the $300 range. I got mine on sale for $47 a king it’s great!

It’s a nice comforter for the price but highly recommend looking elsewhere. After having this insert for a year it has ALWAYS spewed feathers all over my apartment and feathers are constantly poking at me. There is also no loops or anything to keep the comforter in place. Just a jumbled mess.

I bought a Casaluna duvet cover in king for my king duvet from ikea and the cover was too big. I then bought Casaluna cali king comforter but it had stains right from the box. I went back to target and got these duvet inserts. I got 2 king/cali king and they fit perfectly. I am anemic and have cold feet so this will be perfect heat for my feet. They are slightly bigger than ikea duvets & if you’re buying Casaluna heavyweight duvet cover just know that it is too big so you will need to size up! The one duvets wont be enough to fill them. I am excited to sleep in my bed tonight.

Comfortable and warm but has an odd odor I cannot get rid of! This is my 2nd Threshold Duvet. I had the 1st one for a few months, and started to notice an odor in my bedroom. I replaced everything except the furniture and have discovered it is the Duvet! I cannot get rid of the odor, even after washing and airing out.

I have been looking for a nice down comforter for a while, but I was always put off by the cost. This is a great, affordable option. You definitely do not sacrifice the quality for the cost. I do wish that it was a bit softer and fluffier, but since I am using a duvet cover, it is not that big of an issue for me.
