The nap is upside down

This appears to be well made however, the nap was turned upside down when the garment.was made. So it feels rough to the touch unless you run your finger upward. So when I have my arms crossed or someone touches my arm, which people will do because they like to feel velvet, it feels like fine sandpaper. So disappointing, I will try to return it and order again to see if the next one is made the same way.
