I bought this shirt over a similar one (of the same brand) because I thought it had elastic in the sleeve cuffs. I typically will have a difficult time finding cap sleeves that fit my shoulders and arms correctly. Unfortunately, the sleeves weren't elastic. The sleeves fit, with very little extra room. There isn't anything wrong with the shirt- I bought it for a 50's style costume party. I thought it was priced a bit high, I'm not sure how well it will hold up- but I worked for my costume and I'm not sure if it'll wear it again
