This hot/cold ice pack set is great. The quality is amazing. They seem really durable. There are 4 packs. Way better than others. I like that they are reusable and it does not take long to freeze. Can also use for heat treatment.

Although quite smaller then I would’ve preferred it to be (product descrp), I decided to give it a try for a couple of reasons. Once received, It was far thinner then I expected it to be, hardly containing anything inside which was disappointing since I had an idea of what to expect. The quality seemed to be there. BUT they do not stay cold. Btw. I did find, since used a number of ice packs as said, the thinner the ice pack, the less of a change it leaking & bursting, logically. I didn’t find that it pliable enough to be wrapped around an ankle or wrist. Taken straight from a freezer, to start didn’t feel very cold & got warmer fast. Appx. 20-30 min of cold at most. I didn’t even use the velour pouch knowing that, due to the warmth of velour or fleece pouches, I’d hardly feel the cold. Personally, in order to get a good idea, I applied it over a single T-shirt layer directly as it wasn’t “freezing” wrapping a with a sport bandage only to keep it in place. I got 20-30 min. cold at most, sadly most likely less with a pouch. For me & I believe most with a continuous need for ice packs. Temporarily, for those that need small amount of coldness, the pack didn’t sweat & can easily be worn under clothing due to it being thin. I willl be returning it as it did not meet my expectations & of really no use.
