Q: My air matress just split at the seam, I got it in June & have a 2 year warranty, what do I need to do?
A: I filed a claim, & submitted the recipetes & all info that was required & never heard back from them, it's been over 2 months now & I can't even log into the site to see what is going on

A: Hello, It is a standard protection plan which covers all mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal use. You will receive 100% parts and labor coverage up to the original price of the item. We will cover you up to the full price you paid for the item, excluding tax. The issues that we do not cover include misuse, loss or theft, and any physical damage. We also do not cover accessories, attachments or additional parts.
