This quilt was exactly as pictured. I should have read the description more closely - it states that the shams are not included but I didn't see that. They don't seem to sell these particular shams at Target (they have a different matching sham with the center motif) and looking elsewhere, the shams are pretty expensive, so if you want a set, be prepared for a much higher total cost! The quality is okay - it looks good, you can see flaws with the stitching on the underside in a number of places. Hopefully this quilt will be durable, but I'm not too sure. Hopefully it will stand up to washes without any issues! Width was just barely enough. Not sure yet if I will keep it, but it as pictured, thin like most quilts, but no shams.
