Take both earbuds out of the case, hold both earbuds touch sensor until you see flashing red and blue lights. Absolute Junk, i bet ive used these a dozen times over the last year, and for the last 3 months they dont even hold a charge hardly. The right one dies in about 20 minutes and the left about 20 minutes after that. and of course this product died right after any warranty expires!

used these the entire time of my 2 week vacation while swimming and loved them!! only downside is if your hands are wet and you touch them it’ll mess with the volume and the wind caused them to skip songs when my hair was up. but other than that i loved floating in pool with them in because i didn’t worry about getting them wet!

I purchased these a while ago I've had a few pairs and all of them had the same issue. there was so much on the low end it sounded distorted and drowned out the other frequencies. they are convenient to use but future models need less bass so that it's there but not overpowering the frequencies. also the durability needs improving.

Finally a low enough volume

The first bluetooth earbuds i’ve had that actually have a low enough volume. All the other bluetooth I have are too loud on the lowest setting but these are great. The fit is also good and comfortable for smaller ears. The downside is that the whole front of the earbud is a touch sensor that serves different functions and is too easy to accidentally activate. Holding down on it activates voice control, tapping it turns up volume on one and down on the other, multiple taps have other functions. I wish there was a way to turn this off because i often adjust or take out my earbuds to hear someone and it activates every time. The other problem is it turns up and down my volume automatically every time i get a text message. The auto volume adjustments are common with other bluetooth but this one does it more frequently than other even by the same brand. I gave it 5 stars though for being the only pair that doesn’t hurt my ears on the lowest volume, and for being affordable.

Issue with distance

These have worked fine so far, but the ear buds have to be very close to my phone to work. For example, if I have my phone in my back pocket the ear buds cut out constantly, but if I have my phone in my front pocket they work fine. I feel that it defeats the purpose of having wireless earbuds when I have to be right next to my phone. I get that there is a limit in distance, but this seems extreme. I wouldn't purchase again.

The earbuds have good sound quality for the price. They are relatively comfortable. However, the charging case does not have a tab or any mechanism to keep it closed. Therefore, when you drop the charging case the earbuds fall out. And if you are particularly unlucky the earbuds fly into oblivion to be lost forever. Hence after less than one year I only have one earbud.

Soundwise, pretty good but can't make ph calls to save your life!! Every phone call cuts out or the person on the other line complains that I Sound robotic. The battery life is good, being an avid walker and walking multiple times a day I only have to charge the charging case weekly. They aren't the most comfortable buds and I do find myself adjusting them often. However, skipping songs and adjusting volume is easy
