Q: Is it possible to adjust the shelves to be farther apart from each other? I bought this yesterday, and some of my bottles are too tall to fit when all of the shelves are in place.

A: Gianna L: The shelves of the shower caddy can be adjusted by loosening the bottom cap, separating the barrel from the bottom cap, and removing the gasket. Next, slide the barrel and bottom cap to desired position, replace the gasket, and retighten the bottom cap to the barrel securely. Q: Which poles do you use if you have a 76.5" space? You only list 69-76" and 77-88" !

A: pwm: For 76.5” coverage, configuration B or C would work, but we recommend C as this offers more overlap on the telescoping rod for a stronger tension pole. Thank you.

The tension rod does not work. We barely had it in our shower for a month when it gave out and fell. We tried to put it back up but that was a lost cause. For the price you pay, you’d think it would last longer. I threw it out and my wife is going to get a different one. Would not recommend!

Nobody puts this baby in the corner. JK you should. It fits well, is fairly easy to put together and holds more than you’d think. It does have some plastic elements, but seems sturdy and looks nice.

I like that it can hold so many things and comes with ways to organize your shower items in them. Unfortunately it’s really frustrating after setting it up and continuously making sure it’s not loose, it always gets loose and falls. I attempted to fix it but it just doesn’t want to stay. It could be my tub or it’s just a faulty one. Over all I do like the look and how it comes with cute little adjustable baskets.

Poorly made for the price. Flimsy plastic pieces. The baskets do not sit securely no matter how much I tired to tighten it. Expected better quality for the price. Will be returning.

Like other reviews IMO this is overpriced. It looks good but the plastic parts are fragile. There’s a lot of plastic, which I didn’t expect with the product name being Aluminum shower caddy

It failed. Constantly falling down despite tightening all the time. Every time it fell down it one of the plastic components that hold the shelves would break and the removable trays on the bottom of shelves would fall out. Super annoying to put back up. It even couldn’t hold 4 regular size shampoo bottles. We just threw it away after like 3 months.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased and tried to install. I had the same poor experience with this product. The tension rod did not support the installation. I will be returning this product for something with better quality.

Money down the drain! The rod is poorly maid. The caddies are flimsy. The tension isn’t great the whole thing is not sturdy and not safe. It fell on me while it was “in place” and it was empty then, so is this supposed to hold products!!! I wish I could get a refund, but one of the pieces broke when it fell, and I put the whole in recycling!

I was able to install this with some difficulty and I think it's going to do what I need it to do, but it is incredibly poorly made. The tension bar seems to be made of thin aluminum and it wobbles. All the little shelves wiggle when attached. It is 100% not worth the price. I've had luck in the past on Wayfair for better made tension pole caddies at a cheaper price. If I hadn't just spent so much time installing this thing already I would return it.

Glad I found this; it's just what I've been looking for. It's well-designed to be sturdy, holds lots of stuff, all while having a nice, clean, aesthetic look. After going over the installation guide a couple of times, I had no difficulty assembling it. This is plastic, flimsy junk that doesn’t adjust to. Reset the tension needed to securely stay up. They have some real nerve charging $65 for this.
