The Alvarez MF66CE Folk-OM acoustic-electric guitar is designed to give players impressive balance in both tonality and volume across all six strings, making it an articulate and accurate instrument. Tonally, Alvarez has balanced the compression available from the smaller body size with a lighter weight X-brace design. This keeps the OM’s round notes and super-fast response, but balances those features with a more open projection. No matter what music or playing style gravitate toward, this all-solid, finely dressed guitar is a true all-rounder with an impressive, eloquent voicing. Features include a solid African mahogany top, back and sides, an African mahogany neck, and Indian rosewood fingerboard and bridge. It’s also equipped with an LR Baggs HiFi pickup system for the ultimate plugged-in performance.
