The coconut-like perfume they've added makes it impossible for me to wear them. I need this type of protection but it needs to be unscented. Give us an option that has that 100% cotton cover like the menstrual pads. To use these, I have buy a thin cotton Always to put on top so twice the expense, 2x the carrying inconvenience, 2x the wearing discomfort.

These always pads are not effective and do not prevent leaks. I constantly have accidents & leakage while wearing them. Very embarrassing. Also, due to my sensitive skin and constant UtI’s, I never purchase scented pads, and there’s nowhere on the front or back of package that they are scented. But when I rcvd the pads, I noticed ‘lightly scented’ was written in extremely small letters on the side/bottom of pkge.. What’s the secret? Plus they are not lightly scented, but are heavily scented! Item is very pricey as well!

These pads are super comfortable, and they fit great in your underwear. I have used these for a few years now and the absorbency is amazing compared to other brands. They are breathable and have great odour control. No-one will even know you are wearing them.

Always discreet pads were a godsend for me after having children especially my second. I felt comfortable sneezing and coughing when I had these on. I did go to physical therapy for my pelvic floor and no longer need to have one on daily, thankfully!

These where so handy after I gave birth, I normally find pads so uncomfortable but these where great, fit was perfect! Absorbency was great but I could have probably used a more maternity pad to help with less changes but they were just to uncomfortable for me
