When I reached my later teenage years, my periods became much worse, heavy flows and intense pain. I never understood why. My periods also became very irregular, completely unpredictable. In my mid-20s, I was diagnosed with endometriosis. Because I’ve always had heavy flows, I’ve relied on Always pads. I prefer their thin pads because I can’t stand the bulky, diaper-like ones. Always has been the best brand for me. I switch between sizes 4 and 5, using size 5 mostly at night. Sometimes I need to use two pads, but they’re thin enough to feel comfortable and not like a diaper. I truly appreciate Always for making these pads, they’ve been a lifesaver during my periods. I have been using these pads for about 3 years now and they are the most comfortable pads I have ever used in my whole life. It feels like you do not have a pad on and the best part is that like it has a high absorbency, you do not need to stress about the pad leaking! These will always be my go to pads and I’m so glad to have found them!

I am very heavy on my first 2 days of my period. This leaves me care free throughout the day and even at night. I have 0 leaks and it feels like nothing is there.

These are great when you are on your period and you need a large pad for heavy nighttime flow. My only complaint is the sides are very wide for my small legs but they are very comfortable and breath well.

I LOVE THESE PADS! They feel so thin but hold so much for those heavy days and and it’s not uncomfortable whatsoever. I recommend these for girls who are just starting their period as it’s really lightweight and those thick pads could feel like a diaper sometimes.

It is small looking but this really works and it does a lot better with leaks than the bulky heavy rated ones that you would normally get. If you prefer the thicker feeling of the old style pads then go for it but if you want sleeker or need more low profile and also really good leak guard .

These are my favorite pads to use as a college student. I am always moving and constantly sitting down for long periods of time. The pad provides a-lot of coverage and feels very comfortable because I don't have to worry about leakage. I also like that feels it breathable. I highly recommend these!!

These truly are leakproof they’re the only pads I trust. They are breathable and unscented and as a result they do not cause irritation. I honestly don’t think any other pad compares with comfort and fit.
