Crossing the plains to California, Amador Whiskey Double Barrel Wheated Chardonnay Bourbon landed in the sprawling hills of Napa Valley. This high-wheated bourbon was first aged three years in new charred American oak barrels, where it took on enticing notes of brown sugar, nuts and hints of baking spices. The liquid gold was finished in medium toast French oak Chardonnay barrels for 9 to 12 months in Napa Valley. The Chardonnay barrels infuse vanilla flavors and create a creamy mouthfeel that offers a long, satisfying finish.
