Polifurniture Amelia Vanity Table with Mirror White: Modern Makeup Desk, Adult Assembly Required

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very heavy piece. Some of the instructions were excellent. But a couple steps should have included wording instead of just pictures. In one step you attached drawer slides then flipped the board over to attach more drawer slides on the other side. This took a bit of time to figure out it needed to be flipped over. Some pieces had scratches on the completely assembled visible side. Some boards have a significant bow in them. Assembly was not the easiest. It took about three hours for two people to complete. The finished piece has a ton of storage and is visually appealing. A light bar would be great but it does not come with one.

Firstly, Ie i’ll say that I’m super grateful that I received the item because it is something I have been wanting to get for a while. However, I don’t think I would recommend this product. It was extremely difficult to assemble and we’ve been building furniture for years and enjoy the task. However, this felt more like a chore instead of a hobby. Not only was it difficult to assemble, some of the screws were missing, as well as some instructions and not all of the parts were labeled or were labeled incorrectly. It was an absolute nightmare. Also, the quality of the vanity is very poor because there were so many chips in the paint even before assembly. We also had to reinforce the mirror because the mirror was way too heavy for the tools that was provided and was on its way to breaking off and falling over. Overall, I think it is very cheap quality, and I would be super unhappy had I paid for this and it break the first day it is put together. Thankfully we do this for a living, otherwise it would most likely had to have been thrown away.

And it did turn out to be a very pretty vanity, however, I was really disappointed with how horrendous it was to assemble. I actually enjoy building furniture (I even volunteer to help my friends/family to put together their furniture because I like it so much) so I was looking forward to building this. Unfortunately, the insane amount of steps and pieces required to make this tool every ounce of joy out of constructing it and made it feel like torture. It took me 5 HOURS to put this together, with no breaks, regardless of the fact that I had my dad there to help me. And both me and my dad are very adept at diy projects and have also done many advanced projects in our home (including laying flooring, tile, concrete, etc.) but it was still very strenuous for both of us. The vanity was just not designed well and could have been made way more simply to be put together. There are 45 steps to construct it and it has a huge amount of parts and pieces that took ages to prep and then assemble. And unfortunately the instruction manual had virtually no written instructions, plus there was a lot of information missing. For example, the instructions showed to put only 3 nails into the back panels, which clearly would not be enough to actually hold it in place, so you actually need way more than that. Plus, the panels were made too small to cover the back so some areas ended up having the nails go through the outside. And then there were pieces that were supposed to be numbered but were not, it was just a mess. like I said, the vanity itself was really nice once completed, but it just was not worth it to me, considering how difficult it was to put together. I therefore I would not recommend it unfortunately.

Once completed, the result is nothing short of beautiful, and I absolutely love it. The assembly process itself was surprisingly easy, and the set is just the right size for my bedroom. The sleek modern handles on the drawers add a touch of sophistication that I appreciate. The two shelves provide a convenient display space for my perfume bottles, and the drawers offer ample storage for all my makeup supplies. The set's height is perfect, allowing me to pair it with a small pouf chair for comfortable makeup application. The mirror is appropriately sized and complements the vanity seamlessly. In conclusion, I highly recommend this vanity set for its aesthetic appeal, practical storage, and overall functionality. It has become a valuable addition that completes the look and feel of my bedroom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Amelia White Vanity with Mirror complimentary to sample. The vanity set was easy to assemble and the perfect size. This vanity set completes my bedroom. I love the sleek modern handles on the drawers. The two shelves will be handy to display my perfume bottles. Enough storage room in the drawers to store all my makeup supplies. The vanity set is the perfect height to fit a small pouf chair to sit on when applying makeup. I also love the mirror perfect size to fit the vanity. I definitely recommend this vanity set.

Bonus that the surface is easily cleaned off, especially important with all of the makeup products being used. I also have all of my hair care and tools here too. It is plenty of storage and it makes it so much easier to get ready for work every day since all of my stuff is well organized. This was ordered online and delivered in two packages. They used lots of foam boards and protected the mirror and components well. It does come in a million pieces - so many to sort through. Most all of the boards were labeled and they did have a reference guide for all of the screws/dowls, etc which was helpful. The instructions were photo only but I thought they were clear. It did take several hours to assemble, the only downside I have. I love the vanity!

I love all the storage it has to offer and how big the mirror is. It looks beautiful and makes getting ready a lot easier because I can keep all my makeup and hair items in one area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 16 yr old daughter loves her new vanity! It is a lovely vanity. However, this vanity was a frustrating to build, as it came in a million pieces. Although, I have to say, instructions were mostly clear. What took forever was identifying each piece as we went through the steps since there was soo many pieces and hardware. It took my daughter and I about 4-5hrs. Although it was tedious building it, it was well worth it, as my daughter loves it. I like that it has all those drawers and shelves so she can organize her lotions, perfumes, make up, etc.

So I got it now I’m the greatest aunt in the world. So if your like me trying to figure out a teenager this is exactly what you need.
